Description (Service)

Virtual (phone or video) sessions are available.

Outpatient mental health services offers counselling services to individuals with moderate to severe mental health concerns. Counselling services are provided by registered social workers and registered nurses. Individual and group counselling services are available. Services include assessment, evidence-based treatment, community/internal referrals. Length of service is based on an individual's recommended treatment plan (8-20 sessions).

Groups include: Clozapine Group, Dialectic Behavior Therapy - SKILLS Group, Introduction to Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Introduction to Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness and Meditation, Panic & Anxiety Group, Solid Ground and Wellness.

The Psychiatric Day and Evening Program provides skills based group counselling services and time limited individual counselling services to individuals 16 years of age and older.

Hours	Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm. Some evening hours available.
