Description (Service)

The Volunteer program includes:

Coffee shop
Gift shop
HELPP lottery
Social programs
Inpatient care units such as continuing care, ICU, medicine, mental health, rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation and surgical

The Volunteers are liaisons to patients and family members within clinical areas such as:

Patient registration
Orthopedic clinics
Surgical services
Emergency department
Each hospital site within the HPHA has a volunteer program designed to meet site specific needs

Hours	Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served	Huron County ; Perth County ; Huron County ; Perth County
Eligibility	Ages: 16 year(s) and up All volunteers are required to complete a vulnerable sector back ground check, 2 character references and an occupational health review prior to commencing their volunteer journey. Age Requirements: 16 year(s) and up;
