Description (Service)

Provides assistance to seniors, persons with disabilities and those recovering from injury, illness or accident to continue to live independently in their own home

Programs and services include:

Blood Pressure Clinics - Free blood pressure monitoring at Ritz Manor Lounge & West Perth Public Library -call for dates of clinics
Exercise: Group exercise (free) at various locations and in-home exercise programs as well as various exercise programs such as swimming, yoga, walking, etc.
Education Various sessions on wellness, chronic disease management, etc.
Health Screening audiology, footcare
