| Description (Service) | Progressive information series designed to assist individuals living with dementia and their caregivers to understand their new diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or other dementia. Topics include: what is dementia, future planning, communication & memory enhancing strategies and introduction to community services including long-term care The Learning Series is an opportunity to share and connect with others embarking on a similar journey. It consists of 4-8 hours of learning and education. |
