Description
| Description (Service) | Volunteer and staff drivers provide seniors, adults with disabilities and others requiring transportation in the North Perth Community with transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, Adult Day Programs and other activities (in or out of town). Volunteer Transportation: screened volunteers using their own vehicles. Advance notice is required. Accessible Transportation: Wheelchair accessible mobility services. Book rides 48 hours in advance. Same day booking may be accommodated when possible. Door-to-Door Service. Once registered with VON - Contact EasyRide to book transportation services. |
