| Description (Service) | A welcoming place to connect with trained staff and community supports. Central location for legal, medical and social services professionals. Food, hot meals, showers and laundry machines. Program staff includes Housing Stability Workers (HSW) and Peer Outreach Workers (POW). Focus on supporting individuals in North Huron area who are currently experiencing homelessness to take steps towards permanent housing. Centre is open for anyone who may need to make use of services. |
