Peer Support

Virtual Peer Support Group, BuzzTalk, offers opportunities for individuals with disabilities to share their knowledge and lived experience, develop leadership skills, and foster assistance in exercising individual rights and responsibilities. Group is offered in hybrid format, allowing participants to join either in person or via Zoom.

Information and Networking

Provides individuals and the broader community with information on accessibility resources, programs, and services available both locally and provincially. Explore financial supports, community partnerships, and disability-related information designed to empower informed decision-making. Services Offered:

Direct Funding

• Innovative program enabling adults with physical disabilities to become employers of their own attendants.
• Attendants assist with routine activities of daily living, such as dressing, grooming, and bathing.
• As employers, participants are fully responsible for managing their own employees within budgets developed on an individual basis.
