Kitchen Connections - Programs are listed on the web site and posted on facebook and instagram. Participants will gain confidence in the kitchen and make new friends while mastering practical life skills and learning about positive eating habits. Cover a range of topics from food and kitchen safety, how food connects people, and food mapping, to create. Explore the exciting world of food and share delicious meals around the community table. Senior's Exercise Program - 9:30 am-10:30 am, plus a Blood Pressure Clinic on the first Fri of the month, 9 am-11 am.

Thrive Smart, Thrive More Tax Clinic - Get your taxes completed free of charge, for low-income individuals with simple returns. To set up an appointment, or ask questions, contact Jen Vredeveld - tstm@thelocalcfc.org, 519-508-3663 Ext 1006. Staff and volunteers will provide service in a judgement free setting.
