Description (Service)

Visiting program every Thursday morning (specific day subject to change, please call office to confirm) that offers :

counselling, advocacy and support
discharge planning/reintegration planning
substance related options - relapse prevention, referrals to treatment
Referrals - income tax, mental health, medical, social assistance, and applicable local organizations and agencies
financial service
housing options, basic needs
worker assists with filling out applications, scheduling appointments, follow up release appointments and information about the criminal justice system

Hours	Office: Mon-Thu 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Fri 8:30 am-3 pm. Closed 12 noon-1 pm daily
