| Description (Service) | ARI screening done at all visits and PPE used as required. Provides both Nursing and Personal Support Services delivered in home, school, and clinic locations. Delivers Rehabilitation Services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, Dietary and speech language pathology. A Therapist can provide an assessment of home and can provide tools that will assist while living in your home. |
