| Description (Service) | Milverton Place is a non-profit Seniors Housing Building. The suites are leased at the cost to construct and results in lower monthly occupancy fees paid by residents, which is significantly lower than equivalent rental rates elsewhere. Residents participate in events and activities provided by Community Outreach as well as those offered at Knollcrest Lodge - which is attached. All 12 suites are accessible and senior friendly with wide entrances and doorways, barrier free washrooms, full size shower with grab bars, lever style door hardware on all doors and easy grip cabinet handles. |
