| Description (Service) | Mobility Bus provides accessible public transportation for individuals who are disabled. Door-to-door transportation. All trips must be pre-booked with minimum one day notice, same day trips can be accommodated if times are available |

| Eligibility | Available to individuals regardless of age who due to a physical mobility impairment cannot use conventional transit and meet the eligibility criteria. |
| Application | Registration required. Call 519-271-4000 for details. Application form will be dropped off if needed with Doctor's signature required. Individuals without a doctor will still be accommodated but must complete and return a form |
