| Hours | Call for appointment Wed 2 pm-4 pm. Other times vary. Duty Counsel available day of court outside courtrooms at 100 St Patrick St. |
| Eligibility | Individuals who cannot afford their own solicitor, based on income and area of law |
| Application | Apply over the phone at 1-800-668-8258. Must bring financial information and other documents to determine eligibility in order to complete application form. For Duty Council appointment call 519-273-8120 |
