| Description (Service) | The Well Youth Hubs are one-stop shops for youth (ages 12-25) who are looking for a safe and inclusive space to drop in for snacks, hang out with peers, seek additional support from collaborating education, employment, and recreation services, or seek immediate assistance from a mental health and substance use clinician. Families are welcome to call to inquire about services or support. There are hubs in Exeter, Goderich, and Kincardine, with hubs planned for Stratford, Listowel, Owen Sound, and Saugeen Shores. |
