| Description (Service) | Provide subsidized counselling services based on individual needs. Services are operated by Community Counselling London. Eligible clients are residents of Exeter and South Huron. Currently in partnership with the Avon Maitland District School Board, registered students between 12- 25 receive free counselling sessions. |
