Description
| Description (Service) | Assessment and treatment of swallowing difficulties for adults (in-patient and out-patients). Treat a variety of neurogenic swallowing issues. For children (0-4) - assessment and treatment of all speech and language disorders (receptive and expressive language, articulation, motor speech, stuttering, social skills, and swallowing). |

| Eligibility | Adult services are for dysphagia (swallowing) voice and fluency disorders only. SLP department no longer accepts out-patient adult clients with communication (speech-language) disorders following a CVA. This population are serviced by the community stroke team. |
