Meals on Wheels provides frozen nutritious meals designed to meet daily nutritional requirements and assist individuals who may struggle with cooking for themselves on a daily bases.

These meals are suitable for:

• low salt, low fat and/or diabetic diets.
• special diet puree, minced, renal, gluten free, no lactose and 87 Na (low salt) meals may be arranged by special order.
• can be reheated in a microwave or conventional oven

Schedule:

• Pick-up is available at the HHHS Haliburton site (lower level) by appointment only.

• Deliveries can be arranged at no charge on Wednesdays in Haliburton, Thursdays in Minden and the western hamlets, and two Fridays a month in Highlands East.

• Adults with a disability 18 years and up
