Supports people who live with disabilities in Grey, Bruce, Simcoe counties and beyond to find and maintain meaningful employment. Works one-on-one with individuals to identify strengths, interests, and goals, and provide tailored supports that help them prepare for, access, and succeed in the workplace.

Partners with employers to build more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces. This includes supporting inclusive hiring practices, assisting with job matching, and working alongside employers to promote long-term success, retention, and positive workplace culture.
