Medical/rehabilitation consulting and assistance for families of; seniors, adults, and youth, where navigating and management are required in our complex healthcare system

Provide home assessment for independent living and safety

Vocational/Educational consulting for adults and youth (assist in job search, resume development, etc. and as well as post-secondary school support for education direction), return to work consulting( work with employers and employees to design an appropriate plan and consult with health care providers).

Catastrophic case management services and discharge planning( spinal cord, ABI, complex ortho injuries, combinations thereof) under the Medical Rehabilitation Benefits with no-fault auto insurance.

Consultation with injured parties re: navigating the no-fault system and benefits available.

Life Care Planning.

In-client home by appointment only or meet in the arranged area for initial consultation.
