  • vehicle lifts

Assistive Devices Program (ADP) vendor.  Accepts Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), and workplace insurance

Hours

Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm.  On-call Mon-Sun 24 hrs for oxygen emergencies
Areas Served Bruce County ; Grey County ; Huron County ; Perth County
Eligibility Anyone requiring assistive technology equipment
Application

Self referral. For ADP authorization, need a physiotherapist or occupational therapist assessment and recommendation

Fees Service ; Set fee. Some costs may be covered, either partially of completely, by government sponsored organizations or through private insurance
