Description

Description (Service) Deliver cost share programs to producers and workshop on Environmental Farm Plan & Growing Your Farm Profits and veterinary led bio-security workshops.

Environmental Farm Plans (EFP) are documents voluntarily prepared by farm families to increase their awareness of the environment on their farm. Farmers self assess their own farms and set realistic goals and time tables to improve environmental conditions. Growing Your Farm Profits (GYFP) deal with the business side farming. Self assessments and action plans are completed in each workshop. Biosecurity workshop may be specific to animal or plants.

Farm, food and other agri-businesses can access programming to help grow their profits, expand their markets and manage shared risk - this is a 5 year program from 2018-2023
