Connectedness Coaching provide the accountability and support to move forward with purpose. Includes a series of free educational opportunities through e-learning courses and webinars. Details available HERE

Lonely No More (LNM) program is a free phone based, peer support program for rural seniors that addresses the need for socialization in a safe and protected space. The LNM program consists of weekly teleconference calls (known as Elder Circles) between isolated seniors, facilitated by educated community volunteers. The program focuses on three outcomes: peer support, health coaching and system navigation.
